Strawberry Lemon Ice
Ingredients

- 2 cups of water
- 1.5 cups of sugar
- Slice of lemon peel 2 lemons Zest
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice from 6-8 lemons
- 25 fresh strawberries
- 6-7 cups of cold water adjusted with your taste
Instructions
- How to Make Strawberry Lemon Ice
- Warm up the water on medium heat.
- Add the sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Let it to boil with continuously stirred.
- Turn off the heat.
- Add strawberries and 1/4 part of the lemon mixture into a blender.
- Mash it until well blended.
- Filter strawberries that have been crushed
- Combine the filter strawberries and remaining lemon mixture, and then add cold water.
